Secretary-Treasurer The purpose of the office of Secretary is to keep the minutes of the meetings and to carry on necessary correspondence for the Department. The purpose of the office of Treasurer is to serve as custodian of Department monies and property, to keep accurate financial records and to prepare periodic financial reports.
